Live Sustainably in the Land of Enchantment
We anticipate breaking ground in early 2024 on 25 beautiful, energy-efficient homes clustered around a shared open space. Our plans include a fully equipped common house and a range of community amenities—gardens, an orchard, children’s play areas and more. Currently we are working with a well-known local developer to do a final design of our units using a contemporary Northern New Mexican design. Unit sizes will range from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, with prices ranging from $299,500 to $634,500.
Our community includes families with children, multigenerational families, couples and singles from across the country and around the world. We have supported one another throughout the pandemic and before, creating a culture of trust, fun and care even before construction is complete. We're looking for a few more families to join us!
