Become an Explorer!

We need a few more families ready for the exciting design and development stage of this community. People ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. To find out if our community is right for you, we offer an opportunity to explore and dig deeper before committing.

Five Steps you can take to help you decide if you want to become a future neighbor:

1. Think through why you want to be part of this cohousing community, for reasons such as:

  • Having a balance of both community and privacy

  • Sharing meals and good times

  • Living within walking/biking distance of natural outdoor spaces

  • Living in a sustainable net-zero energy community

  • Collaborating to help shape your future environment

  • Farming and gardening together with neighbors you know well

  • Having a safe space for your children to play freely in

  • And much, much more!
